About Us
The Early Childhood Foundation of Cabarrus County (ECFCC) envisions high-quality and well-supported preschool programs for every child in Cabarrus County.
Our Mission
To develop and support educational programs and advocate for pre-school aged economically disadvantaged children by building partnerships within the community.
Why?
To invest in the future of our community by providing educational opportunities for preschool age children who qualify for a subsidized education.
ECFCC is supported in part by a grant from the Grassroots Arts Program of the North Carolina Arts Council and the Cabarrus Arts Council.
